エントリー作品規定
Billboard JAPAN Hot 100の6指標（ラジオ、CD、ダウンロード、ストリーミング、MV、カラオケ）およびTop User Generated Songsのいずれかの指標でランクインした各指標300位の総合週次チャートを作成し、上位300位を選定。その上で、1年を2ヶ月のピリオドに分け、上記の総合週次チャートを当該ピリオド内で楽曲ごとに合算し、同ピリオドでの総合チャートを作成し、上位300曲を選定。
最終的に、その300曲を全6ピリオドでポイント順に並べ、最大ポイント以下の重複を削除し作成した年間のオリジナルチャートの中で「アイドルカルチャー」ジャンルに該当する楽曲をエントリー作品とする。

ノミネート作品の中から最大3作品に順位を付けて投票するものとする。（1位4pt、2位2pt、3位1pt）
※何位まで投票するかは任意とする。
※自選可／重複不可とする。
※１アーティストで複数楽曲がノミネートとなった場合、５アーティストになるまでノミネート楽曲の作品数を増やすものとする。
