1年を2ヶ月のピリオドにわけ、各ピリオドごとの最優秀楽曲賞および最優秀アルバム賞のオリジナルチャートの上位300曲のデータをアーティストごとに合算したチャートを作成。全6ピリオドでポイント順に並べ、最大ポイント以下の重複を削除し作成した年間のオリジナルチャートの全アーティストをエントリーアーティストとする。
