エントリー作品規定
Billboard JAPAN Hot AlbumsのCDセールス、ダウンロードセールスおよびGfK/NIQ Japanによるストリーミング再生数各300位をもとに、1年を2ヶ月のピリオドに分け各ピリオドの上位100作品を選出。選出された100作品を全6ピリオドでポイント順に並べ、最大ポイント以下の重複を削除し作成した年間のオリジナルチャートの全タイトルをエントリー作品とする。

国内投票メンバー全員が投票するものとする。

エントリー作品の中から2〜5作品に投票するものとする。
※自選可／重複不可とする。
最終投票
国内外投票メンバー全員が投票するものとする。
（海外投票メンバーは最終投票のみとする。）

ノミネート作品の中から最大3作品に順位を付けて投票するものとする。（1位4pt、2位2pt、3位1pt）
※何位まで投票するかは任意とする。
※自選可／重複不可とする。
※１アーティストで複数楽曲がノミネートとなった場合、５アーティストになるまでノミネート楽曲の作品数を増やすものとする。
