The "Music Tech Special Award," which was planned for MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN 2026, has been postponed this year due to the postponement of "MusicTech StartUp Pitch Japan 2026," which was part of the selection process.

Entry Specifications
The award will be determined through the international pitch event “MusicTech StartUp Pitch Japan 2026,” dedicated to music technology startups.
Entries will be accepted from startup companies. An initial screening will be conducted through document review by a panel of expert members, from which five companies will be selected as Nominees.
During MUSIC AWARDS JAPAN 2026 WEEK, a pitch event will be held featuring the nominated companies, and the Award Winner will be selected.
