Entry Specifications

Based on the Entry Work and Artist Selection Method, a list is created by aggregating the points of songs and albums extracted in each period by artist. From this list, Digital Culture Artists are selected and the top 50 artists are extracted.

After all seven periods have concluded, the artists extracted from each period are ranked by points. Duplicate entries below the maximum points for each artist are removed, and the top 50 artists are selected as entry artists.

Digital Culture refers to a new music culture that emerges from creative expression rooted in the internet, with SNS, video sharing platforms, and streaming services as the primary platforms for activity and distribution.

※The eligibility criteria for entry works does not apply. All songs are eligible regardless of digital distribution start date or physical release date.
※For collaboration songs involving multiple artists, the points are aggregated to the main artist.
※Only songs by domestic artists are eligible.

Aggregation Period

First Voting Period

Domestic Voting Members may vote on a voluntary basis.

Each member must vote for 2 to 5 entries from the list of Entry Works.

※Self-selection is permitted, but duplicate selections are not allowed.

Final Voting Period

Domestic Voting Members may vote on a voluntary basis.

Each voter will rank up to three artists from among the Nominee Artists. Points will be allocated as follows. First place 4 points, second place 2 points, third place 1 point.

※Voters may rank up to three artists and may choose to rank fewer than three.
※Self selection is permitted and duplicate selections are not allowed.

Artists, producers, illustrators, directors, managers, and A&R representatives.
